IS200 1GFE HIGH RPM IDLE

I own a 2002 Lexus IS200 with the 1GFE engine and auto transmission. I recently had drained the coolant out of the radiator and filled up new coolant. However the car has sounded strange and the car idles at 2000rpm only to go down to 1500rpm when warm. The rpm goes up when I move the steering wheel. I have little to no engine power. 5000rpm not enough to get me out of the driveway. I had noticed one morning the smell of petrol from leaking fuel injectors where the injectors slot into the block. I need help with this. Thanks for the understanding.
