Hi everyone! My friend wants to buy a second hand IS200, the car is manual with 130,000km, will there be heaps of problems or Lexus is very stable and not much faults?

My lexus Is200 has 134000 on it and drives like a dream. Lexus are generally greatly engineered cars. They go go go and go look at the lower market toyota corrolla
