How To Change Fog Light Bulb?

Can anyone please give me some quick guide on how to change the bulb of fog light? from inside the bonnet or from bottom of the car?

and also, wanna ask there is a cover under the bonnet, stick with bonnet, what is the name of this part?

if you reach in from the front there's two bolts behind it (12mm I think) taht you need to undo which will then allow you to 'pop' the whole unit out. then it's a simple unscrew.

Finally, changed that

after opened the cover near front wheel and behind the bumper.

really need a good torch....
