Wanting To Get New Rims

Well guys first poster here.

Just wanting to get these rims as i think they would look cool on my car.

I have a black Lexus IS200, and i'm new to the modding and customising your car scene.

I usually just buy a car and drive it.

But anyway...these are the rims that i want to get

I'm thinking of 18"x8 and 18"x9 (am i making sense?)

Basically i need to know all that off set stuff. I look at the numbers and i get confused.

Tried doing a search and understanding it and got confused.

Even asked a mate...

Just would be so much easier if someone here already knows what is the best one for me.

Am using 225/40/R18 (18" 8's) for the WEDS SA-70's

Have attached some photos - so should give you an idea what it would look like on the Altezza.

And what offsets did you get for your car?

Dont have any pics of the car like the one at the front that has the original mags on it, will take a few pics over the next couple of days and put them up.
