does anyone know anything about changing the colours of the dash lights?

i just changed my head unit and it displays blue. so i wanted to change all the other orange surrounding lights to blue also. (ie. central console, speedo etc.)

really? ive been trying to look for a place that do it in sydney australia but i dont have a clue where to start looking.
