Service

Recommended Posts

I've purchased a 2005 RX330 a few months ago, only done 45,000 when i bought it. I am now due for 50K service, Is the service with Lexus dealers worth the money they're charging? There's only 1 in S.A. so no one to compare it with.

I've never had a problem with my Lexus after a service at my CURRENT Lexus dealer (I won't comment on some of the other Lexus Dealers in Melbourne). It's always been clean, never had an issue not addressed, always been treated well.

However, don't for a second believe Lexus when they brag about a "complementary" loan vehicle being supplied to you, or a "complementary" wash after your vehicle is serviced - it's all paid for, right there on your service bill....otherwise, how can anyone justify a $600 bill for an oil change ?

If the "sweeteners" aren't important to you, or you're unwilling to pay for it, go ahead and service your RX at any Toyota Dealer.
