Back Seat Removal

Does anyone have any tips for removing the backseat? I've removed the bottom section but I am stuck in removing the back bit, I've removed the 4 bolts holding it down but it seems to be stuck at the top bit, I don't want to break anything!

on my 1999 it just pushes up - try taking off the c pillar covers (just pop off) as it allows more movement. the top boot cover needs to be unclipped from inside the boot and over the seat belts and it just come out from memory

i also remember it wasn't easy to take the back seat out the first time but if you give it a steady push up like the bottom of the back seat it should jsut came up (i think they are the same clips)

i think there is a guide on the uk forums that i used when i did it the first time.

Thanks Yoodles, I have the 1999 model as well so will give it a go tomorrow :) I desperately need to change the seat covers as they have faded from the sun.
