Just picked up a new Lexus UX, and were told at handover that there will be no second key because of microchip shortages and that maybe there might be one avaialble during the next year but no promises...... I was astounded. Buy a new luxury car and be given one key only! And not told of this until we pick the car up? Interested to hear of any other customers who feel angry about this. Simon
