Thanks Jim, but that button seems to be in the correct position.

So I have been reading all the posts I can find about problems with the power hatch. But I dont see one where it will close as intended using the remote or the button on the hatch, but will not open. I do hear an electric motor working but I think that is the lock unlock motor. Do you think I need a new motor or a new set of shocks. Thanks for your input. Mick

I have just bought a 2005 RX330, with the factory Navigation system. When I start up the car it says bluetooth connection failed. The Nav system hand book did not come with the car, only the owners manual. Do you know what app I need to connect my phone to the car?
