  1. Hello to all Lexus/Celsior owners,

I would like to say that I am licensed to do LPG conversions and there is a kit for the LS400.

My car currently has LPG gas in it and it drives like a dream. The tank fits in the spare wheel compartment and there is adequate room for the converter to be mounted.

LPG Conversion for the LS400 is priced at $2800 Inc GST and you get the gov rebate of $1750.

The car doesn't lose power, you almost cannot feel the difference. So instead of spending approx. $80 to $110 dollars on fuel that will probably take on about 400 - 450km. It would only cost you about just under $50 dollars for the same distance.

If you are interested, send me an email.

I'm located in south east of Melbourne.

    Cheers to all from

    Dean

  2. hey man i have a celsior have had the cats removed and from the cats back replaced with 2.5 inch twin system with one muffler each side. it is currently (nearly 2 yrs now!) dumped just past the diff due to replacing the rear bar with a body kit and i unbolted the rear section as it didn't fit. the car now has a very nice v8 note to it although if u dont want it too loud in the car i would suggest one more muffler each side to tone it down a bit.

i have 20's on mine but had to pump the guards to fit and when i fitted the aftermarket air bags i cut the wheel arches completely off lowered them an inch and widened them 2 inches so that the wheels tuck under the guards without hitting

    Hi Ryan,

Just wondering, is that your car in the profile pic?

If so, who engineered your suicide doors?

  3. hi there, i was wondering if you can get a boss kit for a ucf 11 celsior (or whether it is possible due to airbag). ive got one with JIC ajustable coilovers and clear lenses and 18s but all i need to finish it off is a decent steering wheel. can you get anything from japan so i can fit an aftermarket steering wheel? any help or advice much appreciated.

    cheers

    sam

    Hi,

You can buy a BOSS kit for the 98 Soarer, from any automotive store, eg, Bursons, Repco, Autobarn ect.

Just make sure you tell them to get the cruise control version.

It is possible whether or not you have an air bag.

    Cheers

  4. Hey there all...

yes the 1uz can have lpg, only prob is as far as i know there is no kit for the ls400, its due to the lack of room to mount everything in the engine bay.

    Hi to all.

I'm planning a kit for the Celsior by early next year. Reason being for being so far in time distance is because I'm using my car as a test vehicle. It can be done.... Anything can be done.

Once I've got a kit all set up, I'll be posting it in the forums of this site.

    Cheers

  5. I recently bought i 90 UCF11 which alread had the airbags themselves removed an replaced with coilovers, but the loom an the compressors and the rest of the system is still in there.

I really want to take it all out and sell it/give it to someone who'll actually use it. But just looking at it, it looks like it's going to be one hell of a mission, and was wondering if anyone had done it before and had any tips or advice before i jumped in the deep end.

Even the smallest tip would be greatly appreciated :)

Where ever you start it won't effect the car itself. Because the air bag system has its own computer so it doesn't really effect any other component within your car.

    Hope that helps.

  6. Hello car enthusiast,

I have here for sale is 3 working conditioned Air suspension from a 1990 Celsior. The front left one no longer works due to a port hole in the hole. All three are in excellent working condition, comes with an aftermarket controller, some of the air lines if need, and the top hats that controls the TEMS.

Its currently on E-bay at the moment if you wanna check it out, Pictures are all there.

Or if you don't want them and you plan on an up grade, i can source out some JIC fully adjustable Coil overs from japan for $2000 AUD - shipping included.

If you are interested either way let me know.

    Cheers
