SPOTTED A LEXUS ISF 250 WITH THOSE PLATES
Lol that guy used to go to mac uni. He almost ran me over at a pedestrian crossing once. Learn to drive man.

Those look genuine to me...and as ilv1004s said, most F-Sport parts aren't sold in Australia (well not in Sydney, anyways). I think what you're referring to are the rims that come with the F-Sport package equipped MY2011 IS.

Sorry guys i think im gonnna have to sit out this cruise...exams soon and have fallen behind in my studies. Have fun and make sure to post pics!
-

black is-f with queensland plates at chatswood, on monday night around 7:40~ ish
near the street with all the bus stops and the taxi stand thing
I wonder whose isf that was ;)

Is that an F Danny?
If you don't get any offers on the side panels, hold on to them for now and i'll take them once i have a bit more disposable income :D

^ Speaking of which, that widebody IS that ldc posted has a working 2JZ in it ;)

I'm running pretty much the exact same setup:
18x9 +36F 225/40
18x10 +36R 255/40
I am lowered to about a 2 finger gap and my rears would have been rubbing if I hadn't gotten my fenders rolled. Fronts don't rub at all.
I think maybe go 225/40 in the front to be safe unless you're willing to do some fender mods.
Pic for reference (sorry for crappy quality):

Looking good! Like JML, I would also like to know more about the led puddle lights
-
Nice pics Lance! Good to see you guys again - love the IS350!

Thanks Terry! Yeah still a few mods I'm currently thinking about! I was considering the ISF Rear Spoiler, the ISF Brake Set and possibly LED upgrades available from Japan through Junack. They look great and certainly are direct replacement and plug and play of the OEM Equipment. Unless it looks like factory I would definitely not consider it as it would cheapen the look of the car. I was also thinking of installing a "chip" which I have been told gives you alot more throttle response from the factory settings.
A good friend of mine has said that I'm spending so much money and completely styling my IS250 to look like an ISF.....he said I should probably just get a used ISF and be done with it! haha...maybe he is right as you could pick up near new second hand ISF's now for around the $90K mark...which considering how much I paid for my IS250 brand new and all the upgrades, I've probably spent close to that now. I suppose it's a passion and alot of fun and even if I had an ISF I think I would continue to mod it also!
What about you? Any more mods to come for your car??
Haha yeah modding the car is definitely a passion! No regrets on this end! ;)
The ISF spoiler is nice, but the ISF brake set? Can't imagine that being cheap though, IMO might as well go get some Brembos or if you want to stay in with Lexus get the F-Sport brakes? They're either Brembos or StopTech (can't remember) and they're nice and blue! Definitely stand out though.
The chip you're talking about, is it the Sprint Booster one? There was a thread about it on CL and apparently it doesn't offer any real gains - you get the exact same result by just pushing the accelerator down a bit more.
Haha for my car, next up will probably be some HIDs (long overdue!) and maybe some other lighting mods (the Junack ones definitely interest me, maybe we can organise a group buy? :D ) and I'm looking at a couple of bodykits, but am a bit hesitant because I'm barely clearing some inclines when I drive (my own driveway included!) So still not sure, my car is kinda form over function atm.
Good luck with future mods and your car looks great btw!

Hey Mike,
Thanks for your comments. I definitely have plans to add some kind of modifcations although I am a bit hesitant due to the fact that many people say that it will void my factory warranty. I have been trying to do some research online but suffice to say that there isn't really a clear indication. Do you happen to know if adding fuel intake/air filters will void warranty? I know someone who has a K&N air intake system on their 250 and it sounds amazing. Also as far as angel eyes vs HID, I like what p0c1's mods (on page 22) has done to his lights. Bit I want to make sure they match my current xenon lights. p0c1 do you know what the standard xenon lights are for the 2010 is250 fsports? I think i saw somewhere that they were 16k but the 4200 lights you have look amazing. Also Mike is the back of your car lowered a bit? Many people say that lowering the back even by an inch makes a bit difference but I'm worried that this may affect driving in car parks etc? Love what you've done with the car looks really good!
Cheers,
Mike
I wouldn't worry about warranty that much, its essentially a pipe and a filter, if you install it properly it shouldnt cause any problems. If you're really worried about warranty and want piece of mind, just go with the F-Sport - F-Sport parts wont void your warranty.
For lights, if you want to match your stock HID go 4300k.
Lowering your car an inch in the back definitely won't cause any problems - you'll still clear most if not all inclines easily.
Hope this has been helpful!

Looking good so far, not a fan of the chrome strip on the trunk though. Any plans to lower it?
Hey Everyone,
Haven't really seen many f-sports on here or even on the road so thought I'd upload some of my pics. Haven't done any mods to it yet but thinking of tinting rear lights (Except for white parts) and getting angel eyes or something to match the white bi xenon lights. Also thinking of spray painting the lights (not the bulbs) black as well. Anyone got any ideas? My brother thinks I should paint the rims black - im not so sure though. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks guys!
Mike
I like the ISF spoiler! Not a fan of smoking lights or angel eyes though - maybe HID fogs to match the headlights? I would leave the rims as well, a bit of contrast is good - all my opinion of course!
Hey Guys,
Here are some pics of my current Mods on my 2007 IS250 Sports Luxury so far:

5. Painted Brake Calipers and Decals

7. "F" Emblems on Rear in front of 250 Emblem
8. F-Sport Exhaust Upgrade
9. Personalised Plates
10. Sports Pedal Upgrade
11. Custom Embroidered Leather Seatbelt Covers
