If i lower my car do i need both lowering spings and coilovers ? or just coilovers ? How hard to install yourself ?

I have been looking to install a front strut on IS250, I have searched EBAY, and various sites ( mostly American ) but would rather buy in Australia to save on shipping. Has anyone bought one from Australia or overseas and can recommend a decent product, and if so could you chuck the link on the page as well.

Ha ha yeah they should have given me more as i purchased every factory body kit piece available at the time, with the moon roof and sat nav package as well, tried to get a discount for some better wheels but he basically straight out said no lol, so from now on, no more servicing to be done at this venue, nothing, plus my warranty is almost up so its engine mod time !!!

I got Jack squat LOL, maybe cause purchased my IS250 through a Novated Lease company ??? now i feel left out LOL

hey all

so my first question is to all the IS250 Guys out there is who has done performance mods ? where can i get them ? and how much gain has anyone got from them. My car is IS250 08, I have changed my wheels and added a sports mufflers and a k&n filter panel. that's pretty much all i have done but am really keen to expand out to maybe full dyno re tune with chip fitted and a proper exhaust system and cold air intake. oh and has anyone got full iPod integration through the LCD screen ? is it any good ?
