P.S. If I do not have a "TRC OFF" button next to thh fog light switch does this mean I do not have traction control?

I just picked up a July 94' LS400 in immaculate condition. Besides the bottom of the front bar (next weekends job). The only problems it seemed to have was the dash (I replaced the capacitors), the valet boot lock (I bypassed) and the airbag light (I reset). Now I can not fault the car so I would like to do some mods. I would Probly like to start with the suspension first, then maybe the exhaust. Could anyone please point me in the right direction for the best imformation regarding these. (legal, safe, proper). Cheers Jase.
