I get my Lexus serviced at New Lambton Service Centre, 247 Lambton Rd New Lambton ph.49528699. Michael does quite a few Lexus and uses the right oils and filters and heaps cheaper than Lexus Service centre at Broameadow.

The plate for the built date should be on the drivers side of the door.

Open your driver door and look at the date on the door jam (for example should show 'Built 08/2010')

I'm with Coles Insurance, I made a claim through them late last year and they were great. They gave me a couple of their preferred repairers and said I could use my prefferred one if wanted.

Only downfall is that if you go to the repairer of your choice they don't guarentee the repair work whereas Coles have Lifetime guarantee on repairs – through their national repairer.
