Cd/dvd Player Ejecting And Turning Off Randomly While Driving

Hi, so I have a minor problem with the radio system, (levinsion with navigation),

So it's happened a few times now, while driving along listening to the radio the "Audio off" randomly appears and then the eject and load lights flicker really fast, and all the CDs get spat out,

Everything still worked fine once it's done ejecting all the CDs, they even play after re loading them, just wondering what causes this lol, it's only happened 2 times
