there is heaps of info if you do a google search. most coilovers have the same concepts in hight adjust ment but basically. .

1. Measure the distance between the top of the fender well and the ground using the tape measure. Record this number on your pen and paper for each corner of the vehicle. You will use this number as a reference for your work, so you can fine-tune your suspension.

2. Jack up the front of the vehicle using the jack, and secure it on the jack stands. Make sure the vehicle is secure on the stands before you crawl underneath it.

3. Reach inside the fenderwell above the tire and locate the two coilover adjusting nuts on the coilover assembly. The bottom nut is a lock nut to keep the top on in place.

4.Loosen the bottom nut using the wrenches provided in the kit. You can turn this nut by hand a few times once it's initially loosed, which means you can move it wherever you need to while you adjust the upper nut.

5. Turn the upper nut right to tighten and lift the vehicle or left to loosen and lower the vehicle.

6. Tighten the bottom nut against the top nut once you have established the height that you want. Make sure the bottom nut and top nut are locked together tight using the wrenches so that you don't slide in height.

7. Repeat the process for the other side of the vehicle.

8. Lower the vehicle to the ground using the jack.

9. Measure the distance between the fenderwell and the ground using the tape measure. Compare this number to the previous numbers on your pen and paper. If you need to adjust higher or lower, repeat the process.
