Rx 450H Sports Luxury - Help With Greyed Out Nav/phone

Hi All,

Does anyone know someone with experience in fixing the greyed out Nav screens, phone operation (and ideally video when underway). I understand that I need a separate module which then needs to be fitted. I could probably sort the module but have no interest in pulling my car apart to fix. Would also be good to be able to play videos from my ipod.

TV tuner interface would also be great - if this could be done
