Tow Bar Is 200 For Bike Rack

I have an IS300 and have just browugh a bike rack and notice that the current tow bar ( one complete unit that does not have the ball to screw off as its all one unit.)

I have noticed that back in 2009 there was a topic on this that someone asked a similar question for an IS250.

I am in Sydney and the bike rack is the normal 3 bike rack that would fit onto a normal towball.

Can anyone assist with how I can either have the current one piece towball unit adapted to allow me to fit the bike rack OR where i can have one made for me.
