trd / legana etc type grill - fairly easy to get. i got mine off ebay (out of japan) or nz is another option. should not be hard for you to find one

The one pictured is the UK version. From memory they're still readily available from UK dealers if you have a friend over there to pick one up for you.

The US version is slightly different, and the Japanese one has Altezza badging. There's also a bunch of knockoffs on eBay USA for pretty cheap prices ($30 or so). Search on IS300 though as no IS200's in the US.
