Using Aftermarket Hid Ballast

Hi

I was wondering whether I can use my old HID ballasts (35W) from a non-IS250 in my IS250?

If so, I'd need to replace the bulbs with H11? I'd imagine replacing the wiring to fix the H11 bulb too?

Or is it just better to buy a completely new HID kit to fit my car?

I think the old one would be okay unless the bulbs are h11. may need some wiring. For me, I would definitely go for a new kit.

Yeah, for the price of new kits these days, I wouldn't bother modding. Just grab one that works out of the box.

Hmmm...thanks guys. I guess buying a new kit is probably better.

Anyone know where I can go get it installed? I know how to connect it but don't it's just too much of a hassle removing the parts just to get to the back of the headlight!
