Brake Master Cyl Leaking

the brake warning light came on in my rx330 and i found that the brake fluid was very low. so i topped it up and thought all was ok. it lasted about 2 weeks and came on again. fluid was very low again. i jacked the car up to check for any visible leaks and none were found. after doing a google search i found there was an issue with master cyliner seals and the fluid leaks back into the booster. i also found thet there was a recall on this vehicle for this particular problem. as i am not the original owner, where do i stand? should i still be covered and if so, will they cover the booster replacement as well? due to the fluid leaking into the booster this will affect the rubber diaphram.
