Hey guys,

New member here, first post. I have had a problem with my orange overdue warning light on my celsior, it just keeps flashing on and off, nothing else seems to be doing it, so maybe not the alternator, but not sure if its a common fault or not ?

Thank you for any comments

Hi

When the O/D light flashes periodically while driving it means you have a transmission code stored. You dealer will be able to get the code for you and tell you what the problem is.. could be a solenoid or speed sensor needs replacing

If the gearstick has been removed it's really easy to fray the wires. then thy contact the shaft of the stick and can short out giving the warning light.
