Cut And Polish On Is 300

Recommended Posts

Hi all.

I own A factory navy blue 2004 IS 300 and I am wondering if it would be alright to give it A cut and polish after A routine wash and wax? Sorry if this has been asked before but I don't know if it has metallic paint or not.

Oh and I might be back with A lowering and suspension question but I will do some searching on the forums first.

Thanks for the answers anyway

Dont cut the paint unless its badly weathered , and don't use a polisher unless you are well practised, or you could end up with a disaster. I use Auto Glym resin polish then coat with Auto Glym sealer .I have also seen a VW Scirocco which came to my work which was gleaming ,the guy said he used Turtle Wax Ice, but i dont know how long it will last before it needs to be re-applied, I reckon the longer it takes to apply, the longer the shine will last.
