Whereis V19 Maps

Have managed to download and burn a DVD of Whereis V19. However, the maps don't seem to be any different from the V18 version (also a downloaded copy) - e.g. Eastlink's link to Peninsula Link in Melbourne is not there.

In addition, this time when the disk loads up, there is a message about "Contact the dealer for an update (or upgrade)" - have never got this message earlier.

Any suggestions on why this might be happening?

Yes, all works fine, I CU2, but - maps seem the same.

If anyone has an original V19, would you mind checking if you can see the link between Eastlink and Peninsula Link Motorways?
