Driver's Side Instrument Panel Fuse Box

Hey guys does anyone know where exactly is this driver's side instrument panel fuse box thats referenced in the owner's manual of the '07 RX350? I looked for it everywhere around the driver's kick panel but couldn't locate it.

All my windows and memory seats/mirrors/steering wheel suddenly stopped working and i checked fuse 24 in the fuse box in the engine bay but it was fine so i wanted to see if maybe its one of the fuses in the other fuse box but I can't even find the damn box.

I really do hope its a fuse and not a bigger electrical fault.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try passenger side, remove the glove box to access it.

I did try the passenger kick panel, coz i noticed the owner's manual is American, but nothing. Behind the glove box is just the cabin filter. Below it? Maybe, ill try when i get home. Cheers.

You have to remove the cover under the glove box, the fuse box is on the top left (black cover).
