Wondering if a 'clackitty-clack' clacking sound whilst driving on rough surfaces coming from front of my 2003 ES300 is the tiny plastic wheel hubs with the Lexus 'L' on them being loose and moving around? Has anyone had this experience or does this noise have a more ominous source? Any advice? Are they easy to remove and glue back into place to stop them moving? Thanks in advance.

Sorry, just to verify, I'm talking about the actual hub cover, my bad.
