Front Windscreen wire sticker on Japanese import Lexus IS 350

Hi,

I recently purchased my 2008 Lexus IS 350 through my dealership. This is a Japanese import Lexus IS 350. I am puzzled as to what is the wire sticker on the front top right of the windscreen and the half dome shape thing sitting in front of the steering wheel is for (see photos below for detail). I have asked my dealer and he could not tell what it's for.

Please have a look at the photos below and tell me what are these for and can i remove it safely?

Ok my guess is extra aerial or demister and the other a external mic
