Vehicle: 2007 RX 350 2008 Update Sports Luxury.

Situation: Eldest daughter accidentally ripped passenger sun visor material in two places. I was livid as my vehicle is pristine with only K127 Kms up. Lexus of Perth quoted >$700 Aust for a Non-Returnable replacement even if it was the incorrect colour. I was not prepared to accept that condition nor ridiculous amount.

Three weeks later, I located precisely what I required at a Wreckers - exact colour, unmarked and removal. To satisfy myself prior to purchase, staff permitted me access to the yard to view their visor before removal. I accepted and purchased. Total cost for removal and supply was $88 Aust.

Lesson: It pays to be patient and shop around!
