can you help?

I am a soarer active with EMV owner in the uk and am looking for a trunk cd changer, reversing camera and those nice wood surounds for the centre consol etc.

Can any of you guys help as stuff is not easily available in the UK

I can help you out with the wood surround, thats it.....not sure about the cd changer and camera, is the cd factory or aftermarket?
