I have a Celsior and the manuals are in Japanese of course so would like to photocopy the originals. I will pay postage costs and an extra fee if that is required. I found a great site for downloading free manuals at https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/info/my-lexus/resources/owners-manual-search.do You just enter your model and year - you may have to download each chapter individually. I haven't found free service manuals though. However, there is a brilliant site that offers practical step by step, including photos, to fix most of the common problems found in older LS400 models.
