Dash Light Help? Will Pay Xd

All right I'm a bit of a newie on these forums so I apoligize if this is in the wrong thread.

So anyway, I recently decided i want to change my entire dash light system for my 99 is200.

I'm aware there are many guides on the internet on how to do this however I for one am quite worried about the electronics. I have in fact ask many Auto-electricians but man do they charge alot. And they even said 'We might not even know if we can do it'. So basically they will charge me for possible non-completed work.

So all in all, I was wondering if there was someone, in Perth who knows how to do this, preferably dash board, speed o and climate. But Dash would be good enough. I'm willing to pay for everything needed and your time on the install, cause at least you know what you are doing.
