    I have a NX350h with wireless phone charger. Will not charge iPhone XS or 13. Both have thin silicone covers. Phones get very hot and apple car play screen tells me it is connected and charging, yellow charging light just above charger pad is illuminated. Zero change in battery level. Any ideas?
