I left my car (is250 2007) untoched for about 3 weeks during holidays. after came back from holiday, the battery is flat. So I jumpstarted. but the steering wheel is like locked/very hard to turn when in reverse and drive gear. but the steering turning very well as soon as the gear go into P and N. please help me figure out the reason. thanks alot
