Yes of cuz you can change with the current engine. Since you're going to turbocharge it many stuffs has to change example piston, camshaft, ecu, valve spring, piping, Gearbox if needed [(2jzge 5 speed transmission, 2jzgte 4 speed transmission)], and etc. These items could easily reach $10k with ease.
Not changing these stuffs will make you drive uncomfortably in the end it will be in the garage sitting for ages.

Can you not just turbo charge your engine without doing a complete engine swap? Surely there wouldn't need to be TOO much done to your current engine that it won't blow your budget.
