I can download the Torrents file and burn it into a cd. But what do i do after that? are there any instructions? :)

Hi Everyone, I'm very new to this forum. This is my first post, I was wondering what's the best way to upgrade my SatNav? Have recently purchased a Pearl White 08 IS250, and have been reading a few threads. I'm unable to find one that suits me. As i am a female so i'm not as tech savy as many of you here and i don't want to void my warrenty (hehe) Many Thankss!
