My engine fan seems to be going nuts lately... after driving it will be going pretty fast and loud even if its not a real hot day. Does that sound like coolant temp sensor or something else?

Can anyone tell me if the Coolant Temp Sensor is in the same place as the LS400? Can you use a LS400 sensor?
