Reviving an old thread ;) ... Does anyone know if the original (VML) MultimediaLinQ will work in the 2011 ISF ? or do i need to get a VML - L2 ? Is there a "better" system out there that i should be considering. I typically use : USB HDD - for Flac Ipod - for mp3 Regards, Hem

Hi All, I just upgraded my Is250 for an F ( pick up Thursday / Friday hopefully) . Was wondering where would be a good place to start on Advanced driver training. I am not looking for just a 1 day event but rather a program that teaches you how to handle the car properly and get the best out of it . Any suggestions would be great. hi Cecil, Yep, just took it back in this morning.... The seat switches were plugged in... ? Reseated all the cableing etc, but still no luck with the audio. We are going to replace the unit. Hopefully that works. I have updated the firmware now as well...so i can play flac files.

Hi All, I just had the multimedialq VML installed I have a couple of issues at the moment if anyone can share some advice: 1. Audio is only coming out from the drivers side speakers. 2. Cannot seem to upgrade firmware. I do not get the "voice acknowledgement" but it does delete the firmware file from the USB stick but firmware version remains unchanged. Current firmware is: v1.06/1.10/4.50 3. A really strange issue, since the install , the heated seats are on, even though the switch is off Any ideas would be great. Regards, Hem ant

Hi All, I am new to this forum :) Has anyone installed a VAIS MultiMediaLinQ VML this is a link to the unit Is Advancedice the best /only place to get this unit locally ? Otherwise i can source it from the U.S. Also can anyone recommend a good installer ? or would anyone on the forum like to do it ..for a fee of course ;) I also want to modd the SAT-Nav and phone so i can use it while moving.
