no but for lexus its simple job of greasing that for you....

i heard my 07 IS do that noise in warmer weather and then got a new courtesy car for service a 2011 fsport IS250 and it had the same noise, so was happy with that

but noise seemed to go away it self, and also when i recently updated my steereing to 2011 one it doesnt have that noise either

so i would just ask Lexus to lubricate it and having seen the internals of a steering there is hardly anything that needs lubricating as its all so damn tightly put together

you sound like you have a very unlucky piece, i have an 07 model and i have to say its scarily quiet most of the times...weather plays a great part in it with expanding and de-expanding plastics.....

I had an e90 BMW 3 series, you should hear the standard rattles on those :)

i was told about $2500....... lexus said they are willing to pay 50% or labour or parts charges as a good will thing

expensive because whole engine has to be taken apart

to be very honest, usually a combination of buttons that will get it ready to pair, try some or google it, if its nokia than combination will be commmon among all of their's if it makes sense?

man that sounds awesome and indeed preps the car up for axle back later, which i hope u will do a group buy for too?

sounds like a bmw 3 series i had once!

i know you can get oem style (pair) of replacement xenon bulbs from US for $70 or so

might be time to think after market and also with actuators im sure you can get them cheap from US or with recent race car build that ilv has done he might have some to sell?

price is for oem part....ppl in the above list showed interest for these, we have all seen it on Danny's car and they are a perfect and very stream line fit....

the replicas that are cheap dont have the chrome strip and stick out more etc....not all melt!!!

After lots of interest from alot of you I spoke to the parts manager at Lexus of Chatswood and depending on numbers we can get a decent deal on a set each.

What i need to know is how many of us are in for this to tally the numbers and get back to the parts manager
