Hi Brandon,I just typed into my seach page,say google,how to fix a broken lexus touchscreen and it comes up with a photo by photo guide on how to do it on a lexus is350,same as a is250.after you get past the nerves of taking out the stereo,then pulling apart a lexus stereo it's quite easy!!..the fix didn't work for me so I went onto eBay and purchased a screen to fit my year model for $150 and that was delivered to my house!! It came from Hong Kong but it works perfect!!..I think you can actually buy a genuine toshiba,which is originally in the is250 for around $400!!...thru lexus to fix the screen I was told $580 and to replace the screen $1800 absolutely ridiculous prices!! I also found on YouTube a video on how to pull out the stereo!!..it's really easy to do once you do the research!!.i hope this helps!!
