2009 Black Lexus IS F 5.0 V8

- 83, 000kms 

- Just serviced today 24/08/2018, last service was in February 2018 at 80, 000kms (It only gets driven on some w/e)

- Has had full service history during ownership 

- All tyres replaced late last year, headlight bulbs replaced recently

- Modifications: Joe z air intake tube + afe panel filter, PPE ceramic coated headers, Joe  Z PTS stainless exhaust system, high flow catalytic converters

- Ceramic coated and 2 stage paint correction completed shortly after purchase

- Interior is in great condition

- Cons: slight sunroof rattle on corrugated roads, some paint imperfections, gear knob slight wear

The car has been well looked after under my ownership, always serviced on time and driven with care. Nothing beats the intoxicating sound of this V8, and with the addition of headers and intake it makes it even better. Plenty of power when you put your foot down, docile when you're driving around town. Fuel economy is great considering size of engine.

First and last time I ever do a group buy that’s for sure. Mid July is when I handed over my money, was told 6-8 weeks... it has now been 16 weeks!!!??? Pretty much 4 months. And then I see people on the forum getting them privately from the states so quickly. 

I’ll be honest I feel like I just gave some random 3k and I’m just getting scammed!!

Did you need to replace the 02 sensors during install? I've heard they can get damaged a fair bit when they try and use the original ones. Anyone know where we can get some just in case? 

Our headers will have the 02 simulator, hopefully this will be enough to bypass getting a CEL? 

Seems like most ppl in the states and in Aus were running headers without tune for sometime now. 

Any updates on how it feels when you step on it? Significant? 

Gregorydarcy your not even part of this group buy. Your just coming into this thread to make us feel bad lol. Looking good tho, see some good stuff in the engine bay. 

You should at least give us a quick review of the headers? First drive impressions? Etc.

Fitment looks awesome. Digging the concavity on the rears. Not really a fan of that wheel design personally. But the more I look at your photos, the better it becomes. Good job :)

Reading your other posts sounds like yours is quite a beast. Still umming and uhhing about ppe headers. Wondering if the gains are worth the cost at the moment. Topic has been done to death but what about your 2c?

Just wondering how many Brisbanians out there. Have been seeing a few out towards Chandler/Capalaba area lately. 

Seen a black, silver and white one so far. But few and far between sights for me. Still kinda rare I guess.

Wish I could do that, mine is now a daily driver, part of me hurts as the k's rack up but I enjoy driving it too much.

Anymore future mods? How many kms have you racked up in it if you don't me asking? 

Yeah I expect the price will still be exorbitant (which is a damn shame!) but the shipping costs will be much lower which is better than having to pay for full amount. 

According to Lexmania he has an installer who can install it for a very good price. That is for NSW people only. 

The ISF is fast, but it needs to be faster and more violent... not enough violence lol.
