ive just purchased a celsior that was imported from japan. The sterio does not work, light up or turn on in any way. we have had it looked ot by an auto-electritian, and we have determined that there is power avalable at the unit. do we need codes? the car did run flat befor we tested the sterio out. help!??? thanks alot type3hunter@yahoo.com.au
