I scanned through my Altezza "Bible" and found a kit which looks like the one in your photo.

Looks like the Griffin kit by Alles Create

It's a lip spoiler attached to the standard bar.

I will check....but I do not believe there is one for the Legana as it's a complete bumper.

Just checked...could not find any.
