Even used isn't going to be much under that, and chances are they'll need to be rebuilt. Springs - about $300 new, half that used (I sold mine on eBay last week for about $130). Coilovers are adjustable to suit your driving style / condition of roads / etc. Springs will give you a reasonable drop (about 30mm from stock) at the expense of a slightly bouncier ride.
