Fitting 18" Lexus Rims

Hey guys. Just bought some 18" sports wheels. Currently I have the 16" prestige rims. Would it be a matter of just swapping them over? Sorry I'm new to this stuff and all the offset stuff.

sorry to hijack this thread

but i wanted to check if there was a difference in the stock ride height was on the prestige/luxury/sports luxury

ie..would a 19" from a sports luxury look the same on a prestige originally riding on 16" originally?

i wanna do a straight swap without getting coil overs/springs as i find the stock 16"s a bit small and ugly..

I just went up from stock 17's to ISF 19's on my sports luxury and the ride height is almost the same.

Due to cosmetic reasons only, I will be dropping the rear by 1.5inches just to get it looking level.
