1996 Soarer

Hi people.... new here....This is my very first post ;)

I am thinking of buying a 1996 soarer, 2.5Twin Turbo version.

It currently done approx 150,000km which i personally think it is quite alot, does the high Kms effect with the performance or is there something I need to watch out for a high milage Soarer?

Also the seller mention about the lower outer control arm bushes need to replace. is that some how a major work to do?

I also want to replace a new steering wheel, is that achievable if does, will it makes interior looks unbalance/ugly?

please give me advice :)
