Best Springs To Use

Hey guys, just want to buy new springs to lower my car a bit. Coilovers are a bit overkill for me and don't think they're the right option for me. Just wondering what's the best solution for springs on stock shocks? A friend recommended the F-sport springs on stock shocks and they'd work fine but wondering if there are others you'd recommend? Currently running 19" ISF style wheels on staggered fitment. Just want to do the best/safest/ "legal" cost effective way to lower it as much as possible with springs. Any help is greatly appreciated
