Problems After Installing Aftermarket Head Unit (Rx330 Ml System + Fac

So I installed an aftermarket headunit using the metra harness kit into my RX330 with mark levinson sound and factory nav but now the air on won't work. I can't turn on any of the fans and the factory nav doesn't seem to switch on either. I decide to try out the old factory stereo and things worked fine.

Things just don't work fine with the aftermarket unit. Has anybody else had this problem?an y help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
