BT Streaming stopped working

My iPhone connects and works as normal but I can no longer stream music from my phone for some reason, it plays on my phone just no sound coming through speakers and phone is connected to car, anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Is it a regular occurence? I sometimes get the same thing happening to me but all I do is switch my bluetooth on and off on my phone or manually connect the portable player again. It doesn't happen too often so I'm not too fussed resetting.

I know it might be stating the obvious but have you tried to "forget" the connection and re-paired.  On other cars ive known for some reason a similar thing happened, said it was connected but it wasnt so had to pair again and it worked.

On your iPhone try going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings and re-pair.
