Lexus IS300H noise

HI All

I am newbie here.

I have a 2015 Lexus IS300H F Sport and lately, I have been getting noise when I start my car engine in the morning

It happened when was cold start and in the last few days, I also get it when driving. it doesnt sounds like grinding/hamming/clicking noise but something like rubber stretching noise (if that make sense) 

Attached the voice recording, you will notice it towards the end of the recording. 

I tired to brought this up to the dealer but received no response so far after 2 weeks. 

I would be very much appreciated if someone gives me some guidance on this

Sounds like vacuum building up on start and opening a heater duct??

Change air settings and see if it still does it.
