Changing rear 12V battery on GS450H 08 model.

Let the battery discharge Rear battery in boot) too many times during covid as lost my job, yeh, sucks! Managed to get a new battery replacement for $187 AUD as opposed to the $370AUD first quoted, WIN ! Connected battery, everything all good but "check Hybrid" message and warning light came on straight away. Driven car, works perfectly and info mode shows hybrid system working. Can I assume  warning msg is because of new battery change? Is it a case of taking it to a mechanic to clear the error msg?
